Dr. Hoang, Izzy, and Celisha were AWESOME. I hadn’t been to a dentist in far too long and they made me feel right at home. Oddly excited to go back in six months?

I fell off a lime scooter on a night out, chipped three of my front teeth and was soo stressed out. I went to two other places and got some quotes, and as someone with no dental insurance I really had to search for affordable options. I was referred to this place by my friend who also goes here and they were so kind to me, and was the only place besides UW Dental that offered a payment plan. I wanted to get the procedure done sooner than later so I wouldn't be afraid to smile without a mask on, and the receptionist Maxine helped me get in as soon as possible. I booked an appointment for Tuesday, but she called me and let me know that she was able to squeeze me on Monday which I am so grateful for. Dr. Pedersen was the doctor who helped me out and gave me a lot of reassurance about my situation. She told me she had the same thing happen to her with the lime scooter, and her teeth looked pretty good so I knew I was in good hands. I told her about the other dentist that I went to, showed her the proposed treatment plan that was $17,000... which is absolutely absurd!! She told me that they were trying to take advantage of me by adding on extra things that were unnecessary. In this economic climate, it's difficult to find a business that will be honest with you and not try to scam you for some more money. While I don't go to the dentist consistently, I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a dentist, or has a dental emergency. 5 Stars!!!

South Lake Union Dentist’s Office is conveniently located near a bus stop as well as CVS pharmacy. The staff at this office were friendly and the procedures I’ve had thus far were pain-free. The last procedure is not complete, but I anticipate that will go as planned. I like that they accept monthly payments for portions of procedures as well
